Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrations will be accepted upon receipt of payment – all payments must be received prior to August 31, 2022. Full Refund less an admin fee of $100.00 (plus applicable taxes) for cancellations received in writing on or prior to August 31, 2022. No refunds after August 31 – only delegate substitution will be accepted (a substitute for a member registrant must be a member from the same company). The Association will use its best efforts to incorporate in the Workshop packages and materials any registration change or substitution which occurs after August 31, 2022.
If Government Restrictions prevent the Workshop from happening in-person, the program will be moved to a virtual format and price adjustments will be made.
Photos will be taken at this event and registration lists will be compiled. These photos and names may be published in CPTA publications, presentations and on our website. Your attendance at this event grants the CPTA the right to publish these photos and names.
