CCW Vino! (...and Virtual AGM 2021)
2020 was a challenging year and the Canadian Construction Women Association rose to the occasion! We are excited to spotlight our successes, share our vision for 2021, and introduce you to our Board Members. Let's raise a glass as we celebrate our growth and good news with you, our loyal members and sponsors to whom we owe it all. The theme this year is WINE! As part of the event, we are pleased to have Trevor Van Den Bussche, a Wine Specialist with JAK's Beer, Wine & Spirits in Burnaby educate us on how to truly appreciate the sweet sips or aromatic nudge of different wines. Trevor is hospitality industry veteran with 30 years experience, Trevor has a passion for people, great food and wine. His love of wine & spirits has led him to completing the WSET (Wine, Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 certification with merit and The To Kalon certification program at Robert Mondavi Winery.
We encourage you to pour yourself a chalice of your favorite vino and join us in swirling our glasses and toasting to 2021. At the conclusion of the evening, two guests will be randomly awarded a gift box from Saul Goods, including their choice of a bottle of red or white wine.
The business of the AGM includes the election of the new Board of Directors for 2021. We have the following proposed nomination slate:

+Role Description: The overall goal of the Sponsorship Director is to maintain current sponsorships and seek out new contributions to sponsorship from the industry. Specific responsibilities include: responding to sponsorship inquiries, connecting with industry partners to secure sponsorship, following leads, updating the website with sponsorship information, ensuring that our promises to sponsors are met. The Sponsorship Director may form a committee to assist with various tasks.
