Our featured mentor is Nitasha Rajora, Director of Development with ETRO Construction. Nitasha is an Architect and real estate development professional with 20 years of experience. She started her career in architecture working on a diverse set of projects including affordable housing, healthcare and high-rise office buildings in Durban, South Africa, London, UK, Boston, New York, Toronto and Vancouver. Following 10 years in architecture, Nitasha completed her MBA at the Schulich School of Business with a focus in real estate and infrastructure. Immediately after graduation, the next five years were spent working intensively as a Project Director on public/ private partnership (P3) projects. Since leaving the P3 world, her career has been focused on real estate development where she had the opportunity to work with companies to deliver development projects across various asset types including multifamily residential, industrial, and commercial projects. In her current role as Director of Development at ETRO Construction, Nitasha wears multiple hats juggling strategy, business operations and new ventures with her true passion - working on and delivering great projects.
