Welcome to the Long Service Lunch! Each year, we celebrate businesses in Centre Wellington who celebrated 10, 25, or 40 years in business as of 2023, PLUS, businesses who were brand new in 2023.
On Tuesday May 21, we will be holding a Lunch, to kick off the week-long celebrations around the Awards of Excellence and honour the Long Service Award recipients. This lunchtime event takes place at The Elora Mill, and all will be welcome to attend (providing community members who perhaps don't have the opportunity to attend the Gala with an opportunity to celebrate our local business community). This event will include a few fun surprises plus several brief speakers, pulled from the list of honorees, speaking about their business journey. This event will be in-person, with the core elements photographed and recorded, to be shared as part of the Awards of Excellence Gala event and livestream on May 28.
