Join us on Tuesday, September 25th for a site tour of the new Lougheed Heights project in Coquitlam, BC!  

Currently one of Axiom Builders largest projects, Lougheed Heights is owned by Bosa Properties and BlueSky Properties. The project is comprised of 3 high-rise towers and 1 mid-rise which were all designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc. The total footprint for the four structures is 61,650 SF, plus 4-5 underground parking levels for each tower. When complete, Tower 1 will reach 37 storeys tall, tower 2 will be 29 storeys, tower 3 will be 29, and the rental building will be 6. The Lougheed Heights project will contain 900 units in total between the 4 structures. 

Please note: Full PPE (CSA-approved boots, hard hat and high visibility vest) is required to attend the tour. Anyone not in possession of these items will not be permitted to go on the tour. We have a limited amount of high-visibility vests available to borrow; contact Lesley Lim, our Association Coordinator at coordinator@constructionwomen.org 3 business days in advance to reserve.

is a 10 minute walk from the site tour location.  

Access and
parking:

Limited temporary parking is available adjacent to site.  

Burquitlam Skytrain station is a ten minute walk from site, on the Millennium line.
