Non-Member Registrations include a year-long regular membership in CWRA. This membership will be activated prior to the conference.
Registration Details
- Early Bird Registration ends August 30th.
- No refund will be possible for the membership fee portion of a Non-Member registration, unless that membership has not been activated yet.
- Cancellations received by August 31, 2023 will be provided, less a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations between September 1 and September 15 will be refunded 50% of the total cost.
- There are no refunds for cancellations received after September 15th.
- You may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us at bc@cwra.org. Included Memberships cannot be transferred after they are created.
- Please send registration cancellation request details to bc@cwra.org.
- We will not provide refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather.
- All refunds will be processed following the conference.
- If the organizers cancel this event, a full refund of conference fees will be provided.
