Canadian Construction Women will be hosting our annual Summer Social on Thursday, July 13th. For those who made it to last year's affair, you'll be excited to know we are returning to Mahony's Tavern.

Get ready to soak up some sun on their incredible patio overlooking False Creek, appies and drink in hand as you make new connections with other industry professionals. 

At the end of the evening we will be raffling off prizes, with all proceeds going towards an additional CCW Bursary.

Donation Campaign for EMBERS

CCW is seeking donations as part of EMBERS Staffing's 100 Boots Campaign for women-specific work gear for those re-entering the workforce. By contributing to the 100 Boots Campaign, you help EMBERS replenish their lending libraries and ensure women have access to proper boots, tools, and PPE.

The 100 Boots Campaign is an initiative to purchase boots, tools and equipment for their lending libraries. Everyday, workers come through their doors looking for work. A barrier that often stands in the way is access to the proper boots and safety equipment. The lending libraries seek to bridge the gap and provide access to the boots, tools and equipment needed to get started.

EMBERS staff will be present at the summer social to talk about the 100 Boots Campaign and collect donations. Your generosity is appreciated.
