Gateway Apprenticeship Administrative Training Luncheon

Managing apprentices across Gateway’s Department of Labor Program and St. Louis County involves many moving pieces. Clear procedures and accurate documentation are essential to avoiding delays and keeping your apprentices on track.

Gateway ACC invites the administrative professionals at our participating employers to join us for an upcoming Apprenticeship Administrative Training Day and Catered Luncheon.

Jeff Carter with St. Louis County will provide a live demonstration of Accela and walk attendees through the County submission process. Gateway staff will also cover apprentice enrollments, transfers, cancellations, completion paperwork, documentation requirements, and common issues that can delay processing.

This is a valuable opportunity for your administrative team to receive practical guidance, ask questions, and gain clarity on the processes they manage throughout an apprentice’s participation in the program.

If your team handles apprenticeship paperwork or County submissions, you won’t want to miss this training.

Our training will be held from 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., with check-in beginning at 10:00 a.m. A catered lunch will be provided.

This complimentary event is available to administrative staff at companies actively interested in or currently participating in Gateway’s Department of Labor Apprenticeship Program. Advance registration is required.
