All conference passes include access to the following:

Premium Registration — RHC Direct Members Only **SOLD OUT**
This option includes the Building Innovation Bus Tour and is exclusively available to RHC Direct Members until March 6th or sold out. There is limited availability so book early! Please log into your RHC account to access this registration option. If your company is a direct member but you do not have credentials set up with us, please contact admin@rentalhousingcanada.ca to assist with your account creation.
Early Bird Rate - Book by March 6th: $1150
Regular Rate: $1275 (available until sold out)
Standard Conference Registration — Property Managers/Owners Only
This option is available to RHC Members or Non-Members and provides access to the standard inclusions. It does not include the Building Innovations Bus Tour. Should there be spots available after March 6th, you may add this to your registration for $100. This registration option is not available to supplier members.

Regular Rate - Book by April 28th: $1225
Last Minute Rate - $1500
Supplier Council Member Registration —Non-Exhibiting/Sponsors
This category is limited to one registration per member company. Please log into your account to access this option. If you'd like increased access and advertising opportunities, please contact Lynzi Michal at lmichal@rentalhousingcanada.ca for more information. Suppliers must be RHC members to attend or participate in this conference.
Standard Supplier Registration: $2500
Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
To cancel a conference registration, your request must be submitted in writing and is subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations will not be accepted after April 20, 2026.
Refunds or credits toward future events are not available. In place of cancellation, registrants may substitute another individual from their organization at no additional charge. Please notify us in writing if you wish to make a substitution.
Hotel Accommodations
How to Book Your Hotel
RHC has secured two hotel room blocks for conference attendees. The booking links are included in your event confirmation email. You must use the link to access the RHC group rates.
Any reservations made by non-attendees will be cancelled without notice. Please review the cancellation policies for each hotel carefully as they are different.
Option 1: Les Suites
7-minute walk to the Rogers Centre
130 Rue Besserer Street, Ottawa, Ontario
Rooms must be booked by April 25 at 5:00 p.m., or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. Early booking is strongly recommended. All reservations must be made through the official group booking link to access the RHC group rate.
One room per registered attendee or exhibitor is permitted. Any rooms booked by non-attendees will be cancelled without notice.

Modern One-Bedroom Suites: $299/night (single or double occupancy)
Modern Executive King Suites: $329/night (double or quad occupancy)
Modern Two-Bedroom Suites: $389/night (double or quad occupancy)
Les Suites Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only and will be billed as a no-show unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Option 2: Westin Ottawa - LIMITED AVAILABILITY
If this option is sold out, it will display standard rates. Please keep checking back in case any rooms open up. We do encourage you to book at Les Suites should the Westin not be available.

Please include your room preference in the notes section of your reservation and the hotel will do their best to fulfill your request.
Westin Cancellation Policy
Rooms can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received after this 72-hour window will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax. Please also note that any early departures will be subject to a $100 fee per room if a guest checks out before the confirmed checkout date, after the departure date has been confirmed at check-in.
