But what do you do in the case of a potential legal emergency? This class begins with the places where consensual kink and the legal system are most likely to interact, with a focus on criminal law, civil law, and family law. We'll look at what legal risks come with consensual kink, and how we can mitigate those. The class ends with what to do should you encounter law enforcement – both what to do to prepare for the possibility and what to do during the encounter itself.
