Hospitality & Tourism Peer to Peer Group (May)
This group of Hospitality and Tourism professionals and business owners from across the Kitchener-Waterloo food, hotel and conference facility community will meet monthly to discuss common challenges, share best practices and offer networking opportunities to connect with other leaders.
The format of the group will change regularly, directed by the members of the group. Guest speakers, panel events and round table discussions will all be offered, with the topics chosen by the members of the group. Sample topics will include industry challenges, marketing, managing growth, sourcing and others as directed by the group. A common theme will be understanding and embracing the growth happening in Kitchener-Waterloo now and over the coming years and how that will impact hotels, restaurants, caterers and conference facilities.
The Chamber is pleased to offer this exclusive learning and networking group for free to member organizations on the first Wednesday of the month, beginning in February 2012. The group will be open to employees and owners of restaurants, catering services, hotels and conference/event facilities thorough the Region.
