There is a one-time application fee of $30.00 for all applicants.
Category I General Business
1-10 employees: $235
11-up: $235 + $2.20 per additional employee (rounded up to next $5.00 increment)
Category II Financial Institutions
First $10 million in Annual Deposits: $435
Each additional $10 million: $125
Category III Accommodations
1-20 units: $235
21-up: $235 + $3.30 per additional unit (rounded up to next $5.00 increment)
Category IV Restaurants/Bars/Nightclubs
1-100 Seats: $235
101-up: $235 + $2.20 per additional seat (rounded up to next $5.00 increment)
Category V Real Estate/Insurance
Agency: $235
Licensed agent: $180 (Agents eligible for full membership status as long as their agency remains a member in good standing.)
Category VI Apartments/Trailer Parks
1-50 units/sites: $235
51-up: $235 + $2.20 per unit/site (rounded up to next $5.00 increment)
Category VII Hospitals/Nursing Homes/Health Care Providers
$235 + $2.20 per bed (rounded up to next $5.00 increment)
Category VIII Professionals (Attorneys, Physicians, CPAs)
First associate: $235
2-up associates: $235 + $180 per each additional associate
Category IX Non-Profit Organizations
0-10 employees: $180
11-up: $180 + $2.20 per each additonal employee (rounded up to next $5.00 increment)
Category X Personal Memberships
$125 (Open only to persons without ownership or managerial responsibilities with a business.)
