Business owners have the opportunity during these hour-long sessions to discuss any issues they're facing, including business plans, marketing strategies and loan applications.

Cathy Hagan is a Certified Business Analyst and Area Director at the Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida. Cathy joined the SBDC in 1993 where she provides management assistance for prospective and existing business owners. Each year, she meets one on one with small business owners and facilitates workshops on starting a business and developing business plans.

Owners of established and start-up small businesses located in Nassau County can now receive free and confidential coaching services from SCORE counselors in Nassau County.
“SCORE, Counselors to America’s Small Business” is a national association, with a chapter providing services to businesses in northeast Florida for more than 35 years through offices located in Jacksonville.
