The StataSphere is designed to bring your people together on the same page. It is a quick and easy online exercise that displays a graphical snapshot of your company in real time. The snapshot is displayed in the shape of a sphere called a sphere-chart. It provides a reflection of the perceptions of management and staff, which in turn reveals the condition of your company. It allows participants to “see” visually how critical information interconnects.

How it works …
• The experience takes about 12 minutes.
• Users log on and register at a private web site (identity remains confidential and is not shared with management).
• Users answer 70 online questions. Simply choose a numerical answer from 1 to 9.
• Participants can see individual results instantly.
• The resulting sphere-chart can be reviewed with staff in person or online via a web meeting.
• The sphere review identifies the shape of an organization. It reveals trends, patterns, matches and gaps in perspectives.
• Reading a sphere-chart can provide insights (the whys and wherefores) of a company’s current condition.
• The StataSphere is a participatory experience. The team/staff gives meaning to the information revealed on a sphere-chart. They share their own insights. There is no right or wrong answers. There is no external judgment; no comparisons to a so-called “norm” or a “mean.” The views of the participants are a key component of the program. It can inspire or enhance group collaboration.
• The sphere-chart becomes a visual map for engagement, strategy and action.
