Description:
Here at the Black-Eyed Pea, we take our food very seriously. With all our items made from scratch, our guests can appreciate the lost art of traditional home style cooking. The possibilities are endless, with our wide variety menu, sides, and desserts, there is something for everyone's Texas sized hunger.
Then: Back in 1975, a couple of barmen named Gene and Phil came together with an idea for a restaurant. They were familiar with traditional, home-style food and wanted to share their families favorite recipes. Most importantly, at the end of the day, it's hard to beat a home cooked meal, made from scratch.
Now: In December 2008, three men, born and raised in Colorado, became the new owners of Black-Eyed Pea Colorado. With a few things in mind, they continue with their home-style favorites, integrate new exciting menu items, and make sure that you have an enjoyable experience and great food every time you visit a local Black-Eyed Pea.
