Low collection rates 

We offer low rates with a 10-day no-cost, free-demand period which has helped members recover thousands of dollars. Our regular, “no collection, no charge” rate for claims is 17% of the amount collected. We also offer a low 9% rate for claims exceeding $20,000 or not exceeding 90 days overdue. That's nearly half off of our standard rate.
 

24/7 Credit Reports from Experian

Experian’s SmartBusinessReports.com, covering more than 27 million U.S. companies, provides business credit reporting services directly to members 24/7. Members receive discounted rates on Experian’s Credit Score reports (formally Intelliscore) and premium Business Profile Plus reports (formally BPR Intelliscore Plus).

Experian’s standard summary report which gives a credit score ranging from 1 to 100. Member price: $17

Business Profile Report Plus (Formerly BPR Intelliscore Plus)
Experian’s comprehensive report, which includes the credit score with trade payment details. Member price: $35

Slow Pay Reporting System

Our online Slow Pay Credit Reporting system enables PINE members to identify potential credit risks by checking our up-to-date credit risk database – a national alphabetical listing of businesses which have past-due balances with contributing PINE members.
 
By using our Slow Pay system, you can identify potentially bad credit risks before you provide any services to them, limiting your exposure to potential credit and cash flow problems. This valuable service is a collaborative effort among PINE's active members to share information about clients with a history of slow payments. 
 
Slow Pay participants add the records of clients who have not paid their invoices after 30, 60 and 90 days into a secure database accessible only to ACTIVE members who have contacted PINE and registered as users. Once members contact PINE, they will receive a User ID and a password.
 
Slow Pay participants must update their company’s records every 30 days to keep the information accurate. If you fail to use your Slow Pay password within 30 days, your account automatically becomes inactive, and you will need to contact PINE to have the same User ID and password reactivated. Slow Pay is a valuable tool for printers to check the credit status about potential clients. It also helps identify credit risks and save printers money.

Developed to help our members reach a dispute resolution while avoid costly litigation, our Commercial Arbitration Service is designed exclusively for the graphic arts industry, using a less-formal arbitration process that is intended not only to resolve the dispute, but also to encourage preserving the business relationship.
