Education & Training: Cancellation Policy
PINE reserves the right to change the class schedule as needed and to reschedule any course. If you are interested in a class but cannot attend as scheduled, please call us. Additional classes and other locations may be scheduled if there is sufficient interest.
Rescheduling Classes Due To Illness or Inclement Weather
PINE and the instructors will make every effort to contact students if a class is canceled because of the instructor’s illness or inclement weather. If your course is conducted at PINE in Southborough, phone us for this information during the regular weekday business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
We understand that no shows and reservations not cancelled at least 36 hours in advance will be billed for certain programs.
